Hellou, Mä oon Vilma Suominen, Skillan resident arkkari! Vaikka olenkin nyt fuksi, on mulla virallisesti 2,5 vuotta opintoja takana. Hallitusuraa on kertynyt Skillan vuoden -25 hallituksessa viestintä- ja yhdenvertaisuusvastaava ja tänä vuonna haenkin vpj:n eli varapuheenjohtajan rooliin. Ensi vuonna haluaisin kehittää vpj:n roolia näkyvämmäksi osaksi hallitustoimintaa. Keskittyisin eritoten hallituksen hyvivoinnin seuraamiseen ja tukemiseen, sekä palautekulttuurin kannustamiseen. Olen myös kiinnostunut hoitamaan pestin sivussa projektimuotoisia tapahtumia ja auttamaan pj:tä asioissa, joita hän ei ehdi hoitaa.
